When you want to spend less money and travel more, the best place you can go to is a travel agency...
But not because the travel agency has amazing offers and is the most wonderful thing you have ever seen in your life... that doesn't mean that the people working there are the most intelligent and informed on special offers that appear on the website...

This happened some time ago... (I'm not saying when!)

- "Travel Young, How may I help you?"

-- "Oh, hello... see, I am calling about a special package that I saw on your website..."

- "Yes? And what package would that be?"

-- "It's the one called 'Carnival Nights in Rio de Janeiro' "

- "Sure sure... let me see, when would you like to leave?"

-- "Well I was seeing here on the website that the last day to travel with that offer is on June 30th... then I would like to leave on June 30th"

- "Perfect, and when would you be coming back?"

-- "On august 4th"

- "Ok, those would be more than 30 days, and the offer changes when it is more than 30 days..."

-- "WHAT?! Then when would I have to get back?"

- "On July 29th"

-- " uhuuum... ¬¬ well I guess I'll take it"

- " Good... wait a second while I make your itinerary..."

-- "Sure..." (Good thing I decided to go online and see the offer on the website again) ... "Excuse me..."

- "Yes?"

-- " I'm checking here on the website and it says that the minimum stay for that package is 7 days and maximum 12 months... it doesn't say anything about 30 days..."

- "Oh, let me check again..."

-- "SURE!! ¬¬ "

- "Yes, that one is for Rio, not for Sao Paulo that is what you had told me"

-- "Oh dear! I NEVER said Sao Paulo, I said Rio! there is a big difference with both!"

- "oh... then yes... you can get back whenever you want to... "

-- " I KNOW THAT!"

Well... at least I got to pick my days...
but seriously... they work there and they don't know what they are offering?
